1. Introduction
This Return Policy describes the conditions under which you may return products purchased from Plixonarstphrala ("we," "us," or "Company") through the website plixonarstphrala.world and how refunds are processed. 2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union and EEA)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, email, or phone). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Condition of returned goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to any diminished value if you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opened or used a significant quantity of the product beyond a reasonable trial).
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules where the seal has been broken), unless the goods were defective or not as described. For such items, we may refuse returns once the seal is broken, except where the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
3. Returns and refunds for customers in the United States and other regions
For customers located in the United States and other regions where the EU right of withdrawal does not apply by law, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging, subject to the conditions below. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have (e.g. under state consumer protection laws).
3.1 Eligibility
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with seals intact where applicable.
- You must contact us to obtain a return authorisation and instructions before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
3.2 Process

- We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable delivery method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
3.3 Non-refundable situations
We may refuse a return or charge a restocking fee (or deduct from the refund) in the following cases: (a) the product has been opened, used, or is not in resalable condition; (b) the return is requested after the 14-day period; (c) the product was not purchased from us or through our official Website; (d) the return is not authorised in advance; or (e) the product is damaged due to misuse or handling by the customer. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to refuse the return and report to the relevant authorities.
4. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery). We may ask you to provide photographs and a description of the issue. Where the fault is ours or the carrier's, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may request that you return the defective or incorrect item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights (e.g. under the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or state laws, or under EU consumer rights) are not affected by this policy.
5. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different approach. We do not provide refunds in cash or to a different card or account unless expressly agreed. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product and approve the refund (or after we confirm a defective or incorrect order). Delays may occur due to banking or payment processor processing times. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us and we will investigate. In the case of chargebacks or disputed transactions, we will cooperate with your bank or card issuer in accordance with their procedures.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please request a return and refund in accordance with this policy, then place a new order for the desired product. This ensures correct pricing and inventory handling.
7. Partial returns and multiple items
If your order contained multiple items, you may return one or more eligible items subject to the same conditions above. The refund will apply only to the returned item(s). If you received a discount or free shipping based on the total order value, we may recalculate the refund to reflect the value of the retained item(s) and any adjusted shipping cost, as permitted by law.
